The Theory of Clouds

Akira Kumo, a survivor of the bombing of Hiroshima, has assembled a large historical archive of artifacts, photographs, and documents related to meteorology. He recruits a young student, Virginie, to search for the legendary Abercrombie Protocol, the cloud photographs taken by English explorer Richard Abercrombie.
